Egg separation is the heart of seawater tank equipment, and understanding the working principle of egg separation is crucial.

We can simply summarize the working principle of egg fraction as: foaming foam, and because foaming is a good way to make foam, some people also call the protein separator "bubble machine". The working principle of egg separation is to produce a large number of small bubbles during the operation of egg separation. The surface of the bubbles contains charged ions that can carry away proteins in the water during the upward movement. Because the surface tension of the foam shape is relatively large, egg fraction can effectively use the surface tension of the bubbles to separate the protein in water and extrude the protein. The viscosity of foam will change with the increase and expansion of the surface and the gradual disappearance of bubbles.

Simply put, the working principle of egg separation is that the tension of bubbles pushes out dirt and separates it from water. At this point, the dirt and water are separated, and the concentration of NO2 in the water is reduced, which in turn reduces the concentration of NO3. The protein separated from the egg will be stored in a liquid like form in a collection tank and then cleaned regularly.

Seawater tanks have higher requirements than freshwater tanks, and the protein in seawater mainly comes from the metabolism of organisms, but these things are harmful and mostly soluble or semi soluble in water. However, seawater can quickly discharge substances that produce NO2 and NH from the water body using egg content and salinity, reducing the burden on the nitrification system. Reasonable egg content reduces the pressure on nitrifying bacteria to decompose them, and the working principle of egg content is also based on this.
