The Seatorch Link Software User Agreement is an agreement signed between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Seatorch Link Software Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Seatorch Link"). Seatorch Link software refers to the Seatorch Link PC client and Search-related APP software.
1. Important Notes
1.1 Users who wish to access and use the Seatorch Link software must carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement in advance, including the disclaimer clauses that exempt or limit the responsibility of Seatorch Link and the restrictions on users' rights. If the user disagrees with this agreement, you should not use or voluntarily cancel the services provided by Seatorch Link. If you use a third-party account to log in, please also read this agreement carefully. Your use will be deemed as a complete acceptance of this agreement.
1.2 Special reminder: If you are a minor, please be sure to read this agreement with your guardian and register to use the Seatorch Link software.
1.3 After the user accepts this agreement, this text may be modified due to changes in national policies, products, and the environment for fulfilling this agreement. The modified agreement will be published on all products of Seatorch Link (including but not limited to APP, website, PC client). Seven days after the publication of the modified agreement, it shall be deemed that "Seatorch Link" has notified the user of the modified content of the agreement. If the user has any objections to the modified agreement, please immediately stop accessing and using the Seatorch Link live streaming software. If the user continues to access or use, it will be deemed as recognition of the modified agreement..
2. User usage rules
2.1 Users are not allowed to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or reverse compile this software; Do not use third-party plugins to interfere, modify, or damage this software; Do not exploit potential bugs or rule vulnerabilities in the software for personal gain.
2.2 Users are not allowed to use the services of Seatorch Link to create, copy, publish, disseminate, or store information containing:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Those who endanger national security, leak national secrets, subvert national power, and undermine national unity;
(3) Harming national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;
(8) Insulting or defaming others, infringing on their legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
2.3 The user guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of the information published and disseminated during the use of Seatorch Link, and also guarantees that such information does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
2.4 Users guarantee to comply with other platform rules published by the Seatorch Link platform when using Seatorch Link.
2.5 If Seatorch Link discovers that a user has committed any of the behaviors specified in clauses 2.1 to 2.5, all responsibilities shall be borne by the user. At the same time, Seatorch Link has the right to take punishment measures, including but not limited to: temporary suspension of the account, permanent freezing of the account, permanent suspension of the account, account recovery, removal of illegal gains, deduction of deposits or commissions, etc., based on the violation.
3. Notification statement
3.1 Users must understand that there may be a risk of anonymous or pseudonymous information from others, including threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content or behavior, or infringement of others' rights (including intellectual property), when using the Seatorch Link service. Users must bear the above risks, and Seatorch Link does not guarantee the service, whether express or implied, including the authenticity, suitability for business of all relevant information Implied warranties and conditions suitable for a specific purpose, ownership, and non infringement shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or subsequent damages arising from the improper or illegal use of the service by the user.
3.2 Users must abide by relevant national laws and policies when using the Seatorch Link service, safeguard national interests, protect national security, and abide by this clause. Users are fully responsible for all responsibilities arising from users' illegal or breach of this agreement (including but not limited to speech publication, transmission, etc.).
3.3 Seatorch Link services, like most internet products, are susceptible to various security issues, including but not limited to: 1) disclosing detailed personal information, which is exploited by criminals, causing harassment in real life; 2) Cheating and cracking passwords; 3) Other software downloaded and installed contains viruses such as "Trojan Horse", which threatens the security of information and data on personal computers, and then threatens the use of this service. The user shall bear the responsibility for any of the above situations.
3.4 Users understand that the instability of internet technology may lead to government policy regulation, virus invasion, hacker attacks, server system crashes, or other risks that cannot be solved by current technology, which may result in the interruption of Seatorch Link services or loss of account props. Users are not responsible for any losses caused by non human factors.
3.5 The Seatorch Link software is not responsible for the product effectiveness, promotion, and information accuracy of advertisements posted on this website, and users make their own judgments when exposed to these advertisements.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The text, images, videos, audio, software, and other elements of Seatorch Link, as well as the Seatorch Link service logo, logo, and patent rights, are all intellectual property rights of Seatorch Link.
4.2 Users can only use the Seatorch Link software services within the scope authorized by this agreement and the corresponding licensing agreement. Unauthorized use beyond the scope constitutes infringement on Seatorch Link.
5. Privacy protection
5.1 Please be careful not to disclose important information such as your various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, third-party payment accounts, and corresponding passwords when using the Seatorch Link software service. Otherwise, any losses caused by this will be borne by the user.
5.2 Users are not allowed to publish or upload information they consider private to the Seatorch Link software service, nor to disseminate such information to others through the Seatorch Link software service. If the user's behavior causes privacy leakage, the user shall be responsible.
5.3 Seatorch Link software may collect user information when providing services. Seatorch Link will clearly inform users that the information is usually limited to the user's name, gender, age, date of birth, ID number number, home address, education level, company status, industry, hobbies, etc.
5.4 The Seatorch Link software shall not assume any legal responsibility for the occurrence of the following related matters:
(1) Seatorch Link provides your personal information in accordance with legal regulations or requirements from relevant government or judicial authorities;
(2) Any personal information leakage caused by users informing others of their passwords or sharing registered accounts with others, or other personal information leakage not caused by Seatorch Link reasons;
(3) Any information leakage caused by hacker attacks or computer virus intrusion;
(4) Information leakage caused by force majeure;

6. Other terms
6.1 This agreement is publicly announced on the Seatorch Link software and has legal binding force on users and website service provider Seatorch Link. The user's access to this website is considered an acceptance of this agreement and has legal binding force on the user.
